WORLD’S FAIR PROSPECT YIELDS HIGH-GRADE GOLD

Promising Initial Drill Results Boost Exploration at Tambourah

Tambourah Metals Ltd (ASX: TMB) has announced encouraging initial drill results from the World’s Fair prospect, part of its recent RC drilling program. These maiden gold assay results have revealed significant gold grades, including a peak of 8.6 g/t gold. Notable intercepts from the drill program include:

  • 3m at 3.3g/t Au from 23m in TBRC032, including 1m at 8.4g/t Au.
  • 1m at 4.9g/t Au from 2m in TBRC033.
  • 4m at 3.0g/t Au from 15m in TBRC039, including 1m at 8.6g/t Au.

The RC drilling program, which began in September 2023, aimed to test high-priority gold targets at the World’s Fair prospect. The campaign involved 9 RC holes totaling 1,388m. This drilling initiative represents the first RC drilling at the World’s Fair prospect, following detailed geological mapping conducted earlier in the year. The mapping was crucial in delineating the granitoid intrusive unit and the surrounding mafic sequence, which are key to understanding the stratigraphic controls of the World’s Fair gold mineralization.

These initial results are a positive step forward for Tambourah Metals in exploring and understanding the gold potential at the World’s Fair prospect. The company anticipates that these findings will provide valuable insights for future exploration efforts in the area.
