Thick, High-Grade Gold Intercepts Confirmed from Latest Drilling by Dreadnought

Dreadnought Resources Ltd (ASX:DRE) has announced assay results from 16 new infill drill holes totalling 1,198m at the northern and southern sections of the Star of Mangaroon prospect. The results include several shallow, thick, high-grade gold intercepts, further confirming the project’s strong potential.

Top drill highlights include:

SOMRC073: 7m @ 46.7 g/t Au from 27m, including 2m @ 103.8 g/t Au from 28m
SOMRC078: 12m @ 20.6 g/t Au from 3m, including 2m @ 112.9 g/t Au from 6m
SOMRC077: 3m @ 65.1 g/t Au from 93m, including 1m @ 162.8 g/t Au from 94m
SOMRC070: 6m @ 17.6 g/t Au from 66m, including 1m @ 98.2 g/t Au from 70m

These build on previous infill drilling success at the project, with additional results including:

SOMRC062: 8m @ 16.2 g/t Au from 20m, including 3m @ 32.2 g/t Au from 20m
SOMRC060: 4m @ 15.0 g/t Au from 72m, including 2m @ 29.3 g/t Au from 72m
SOMRC056: 6m @ 3.8 g/t Au from 8m, including 1m @ 14.8 g/t Au from 9m

Given the shallow nature and high grade of these results, Dreadnought anticipates a significant positive impact on the project’s current JORC Resource of 23,300oz (56,600t @ 12.8 g/t Au), as well as future mine planning and economic projections. The final 14 infill holes at Star of Mangaroon are expected to be drilled in September 2025, followed by an updated Resource, mine plan and study.

Reverse circulation (RC) drilling will recommence in early September 2025, expanding the campaign to include follow-up drilling at Star of Mangaroon as well as new targets across Steve’s Reward and Lesgo.
