RUSHWORTH GOLD PROJECT GEARS UP FOR DRILLING

Dart Mining Sets Sights on Historic Victorian Goldfield

Dart Mining NL (ASX:DTM) has released an exploration update for its Rushworth Gold Project, featuring 14 kilometres of structurally controlled shallow workings. The project, with a rich history and a strategic location near Melbourne and Bendigo, is poised for modern exploration.

Key highlights of the update include:

  • The Rushworth Goldfield comprises 683 square kilometers of high-potential tenements.
  • Historical data provides a solid foundation for identifying structural targets ready for drilling.
  • A Diamond Drilling program is set to start in February 2024.

Chairman James Chirnside expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming exploration: “The company is ready to continue exploration on a number of exciting gold targets across the highly prospective historic Rushworth Goldfield. We expect to be drilling a range of targets, commencing in February 2024, and are looking forward to providing further updates and results as they come to hand.”

The Rushworth Project’s expansive area includes not only the historic goldfield but also significant tenement holdings that may extend the gold-bearing structures of Rushworth and neighbouring goldfields. With much of the goldfield remaining underexplored, Dart Mining’s planned drilling endeavours signal an exciting phase of exploration.
