RTR-RUMBLE RESOURCES RAISES $3.75M. NOW READY TO RUMBLE

ASX Listed Junior RTR Rumble Resources says it has raised $A3.75m from sophisticated and cornerstone investors. It names Copulos Group and a member of Bennelong Asset Management, as the new cornerstone investors. The stock was raised via the issue of 50,000,000 new shares at $0.075c. The funds are to be used to advance the exploration on 9 of the companies near term prospects over the next 2 months from September to November 2019.

Gleneagle Securities (Aust) Pty Ltd acted as the Lead Managers and Brokers to the deal and will receive a 6% fee for the capital raising and 5 million premium priced unlisted options with an excercise price of $0.15c with an expiry date of 31 Dec 2022.
