Goldman Latest results support development plans at Kambalda project
Lunnon Metals Limited (ASX:LM8) has reported further high-grade gold assay results from infill grade control drilling at the Lady Herial gold deposit, part of its Kambalda Gold & Nickel Project (KGNP) in Western Australia.
The latest results from reverse circulation (RC) drilling at 8m x 6m spacing continue to confirm robust mineralisation across the Lower and Middle Structures at Lady Herial. These assays are aimed at finalising drilling before development and mining, helping de-risk the project.
Top gold intercepts from the Lower Structure include:
- 20m @ 12.29g/t Au from 13m (LDH25RC_340)
- 16m @ 8.16g/t Au from 15m (LDH25RC_341)
- 17m @ 2.07g/t Au from 2m (LDH25RC_310)
- 12m @ 2.92g/t Au from 10m (LDH25RC_342)
- 8m @ 3.09g/t Au from 7m (LDH25RC_207)
The high-grade zones range from near surface to depths approaching the base of the planned open pit (~45m). Results also highlight upside at the Northwest Prospect, where drilling returned 4m @ 8.08g/t Au from 40m (LDH25RC_250).
Assays from the Middle Structure include 10m @ 2.21g/t Au from 2m, while the sediment-hosted Upper Structure returned 5m @ 4.76g/t Au from 25m.
