COLLESEUM HITS EXCEPTIONAL GOLD GRADES

Dateline Resources Reports Key Drill Results

Dateline Resources Limited (ASX:DTR) has announced impressive high-grade gold intercepts from its recent drilling activities at the Colosseum Gold Mine in California. The drilling, comprising both diamond and reverse circulation (RC) methods, targeted the south pit to enhance the mine’s geological understanding through infill and extensional drilling.

The standout intercepts from the diamond drilling include:

  • 104.7m at 3.65g/t Au from 77.23m, which includes a high-grade section of 12.2m at 8.40g/t Au from 108.81m.
  • Another significant intercept was 12.8m at 2.18g/t Au from 208.17m.

From the RC drilling program, notable results were:

  • RC24-003 recorded 25.9m at 1.91g/t Au from 57.91m, including a section of 3.05m at 3.05g/t Au.
  • RC24-004 showed 3.05m at 1.92g/t Au from 86.86m and an adjacent 3.05m at 2.95g/t Au from 94.48m.
  • A further impressive result was RC24-008 with 74.7m at 4.27g/t Au from 77.72m, which included 27.4m at 7.82g/t Au from 88.39m.

The company is also progressing with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), anticipated for release in early June, which will pave the way for subsequent mining studies.

The Managing Director, Stephen Baghdadi, expressed optimism about the drilling outcomes, stating:

These drill hole results are further confirmation that the Colosseum project has delivered consistent gold grades in a wide zone.

With the updated MRE expected in the next few weeks, we plan to move quickly to determining a mine plan to extract value for our shareholders.
