CODRUS MINERALS SECURES RECORD GOLD MINE OPTION EXTENSION

Bull Run Project Drilling Permissions Advance in Oregon

Codrus Minerals Ltd (ASX:CDR) has solidified its presence at the Bull Run Gold Project through a strategic extension of the Record Gold Mine Option Agreement until 2027. The project, rich in gold and base metal mineralization with features such as en-echelon veins and stockwork-type veins, is positioned within a geologically promising area of biotite-quartz diorite and felsic porphyritic intrusions, with additional lower-grade mineralization noted in the serpentinite.

Option Extension Details:

  • An annual fee of US$40,000 secures the option through January 31, 2027.
  • The property’s purchase price is set at US$1,250,000 if Codrus decides to exercise the acquisition option within the agreed period.

Upcoming Exploration Efforts:

The December Quarterly Report by Codrus outlines an advanced drilling permit process with the US Forest Service and positive developments in the second phase of approvals with the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries. A dedicated in-country consultant is aiding Codrus in the permit application process, marking significant progress toward the initiation of a comprehensive work program at Bull Run.
