Everest Metals reports standout RC drill intercepts including 1m at 127 g/t Au as mining advances toward April processing
Everest Metals Corporation Ltd (ASX:EMC) has reported high-grade results from a recent reverse circulation (RC) grade control drilling program at its 100% owned Mt Dimer Taipan Gold Project in Western Australia.
The drilling campaign comprised 2,160 metres of infill RC drilling at the Mt Dimer Taipan open pit (M77/515), located about 150 km northwest of Kalgoorlie and 120 km northeast of Southern Cross. According to the company, the program has increased both geological and financial confidence in the deposit as mining operations continue to ramp up.
Among the most significant intercepts reported were:
- Hole TPG0039: 1m @ 127 g/t Au (42–43m) and 6m @ 2.1 g/t Au (44–50m)
- Hole TPG0040: 8m @ 10.1 g/t Au (35–43m) including 2m @ 29.8 g/t Au from 36m
- Hole TPG0019: 5m @ 3.1 g/t Au (10–15m)
- Hole TPG0018: 6m @ 2.3 g/t Au (15–21m)
- Hole TPG0013: 7m @ 2.1 g/t Au (22–29m)
The results build on earlier high-grade drilling reported in December 2025 and confirm strong mineralisation continuity as well as extensions north and south of the current pit. The mineralisation remains open along strike, indicating potential for further resource growth with additional exploration.
The Mt Dimer Taipan deposit currently hosts an Inferred JORC Mineral Resource of 722,000 tonnes grading 2.1 g/t gold for 48,545 ounces of gold, along with 3.84 g/t silver for 89,011 ounces of silver.
Mining commenced in early January 2026 under a Right to Mine Agreement with MEGA Resources Pty Ltd. More than 45,000 tonnes of mineralised material have already been delivered to the run-of-mine (ROM) pad as part of the initial campaign targeting approximately 200,000 tonnes of ore.
Processing of the ore is scheduled to begin in April 2026 via a toll treatment arrangement at a nearby facility with a capacity of 200,000 tonnes per annum. The mining program is fully funded through the non-dilutive Right to Mine agreement with MEGA Resources, which can provide up to A$18.6 million.
Everest Metals is also progressing toward an updated Mineral Resource Estimate, which is targeted for delivery in the second quarter of 2026.

These drilling results continue to deliver high-grade intercepts, significantly boosting confidence in the Mt Dimer Taipan deposit ahead of our targeted measured and Indicated resource upgrade next quarter. With mining accelerating, stockpiles building rapidly and processing imminent, Mt Dimer is well-positioned to generate meaningful near-term shareholder value.
